BARSOCCHINI Reno

Date of birth : October 12, 1915.

Date of death : November 1986,  California.

Practise : former base-ball player of the San Francisco Seals in the 30's, that's where he met Joe DiMaggio and became his friend.

Later, he would be the owner of the "Reno's" bar, downtown San Francisco, and would run Joe's restaurant "Joe DiMaggio's Grotto" on Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco.

On January 14, 1954 he was Joe's best man at his wedding with Marilyn :
