Story:
David Conover, an Army photographer, met Norma Jeane at the Radio Plane Munitions Factory during Fall 1944; after this meeting, he introduced Norma Jeane to his friend William Carroll.
Carroll worked in a printing and developing film laboratory in Los Angeles.
He paid Marilyn 20$ for a day of posing on Malibu beach, the pictures had to illustrate a publicity booklet for the color development quality of pictures in laboratory.
