Story
Her father Ernst Heilborn (born December 22, 1864) was assistant director for AEG company and her mother was Antonia Diamant.
They had 2 children, Hanna and Elisabeth "Lisa" (September 7, 1899, Berlin-July 12, 1950, Los Angeles)
After private school and Berlin diocese girl school, since 1916 she started socio-pedadogy studies and worked for several years in this way.
In 1922 she graduated and registered at theAt the beginning of the 30's, she applied for the training course of the Psychoanalysis Institute in Berlin.
In 1933, she emigrated to Paris, then a year later to Prague, where she completed her training at the psychoanalysis study group.
Her teacher and analyst was probably Frances Deri; the analysis supervisor was Otto Fenichel (December 2, 1897, Berlin - January 22, 1946, Los Angeles) who later would become her husband.
