The KENNEDYS

 

Many biographies and TV documentaries have discovered affairs, incognito dates, State secrets, wedding promises, a press conference where Marilyn threatened to reveal things, wiretaps, blackmails, dissimulatiions, gangsters and hired killers stories...
 

The origin of all those speculations clearely comes from a right-wing activist of the 60's, Frank A.Capell, relieved in the 70's by Milo Speriglio, then by Anthony Summers in the 80's, finally by Donald Wolfe in the 90's.

In many stories, the Kennedys brothers are practically interchangeables; in every case, Marilyn represented a potential weapon usable by the ennemies of the Kennedys. She would have not only written all the secrets in a mysterious red note-book, but also was about to reveal everything.

Another version, supported by the biographers who think that Marilyn tried to kill herself, is that the Kennedys responsability is no more and no less important than the one of those who belonged to her life at that time.

It is quite plausible that in the Kennedys opinion, Marilyn hadn't represent a threat.

John Kennedy as well as Robert Kennedy had had, for several years, some affairs and sexual relations in the most complete impunity. What's more, Marilyn having never publicly attacked people who had hurt her, the threat of a press conference where she would have revealed awful things about Robert Kennedy seems unlikely.

 

Dr Greenson flatly denied the existence of an affair between Marilyn and one or the other of the Kennedys.
