Story
Wanting to be an actor, Richard Miller began nevertheless photography, by taking pictures of his actors friends.
In 1939, he gave up the idea of being an actor, and started to work a free-lance photographer.
He refused a contract offer from the Columbia, wanting to remain independent.
In 1946, he took Norma Jeane Dougherty in pictures for Personal romance magazine, where she posed with her own wedding-gown. She held a prayers book in her hands, belonging to Richard Miller's wife :
