In 1956, when she came back from New York for the shooting of  "Bus Stop" in Los Angeles, Marilyn lived in this 9-rooms house.

She rented it for 995$ a month to Mr and Mrs Lushing.

She shared the house with Milton Greene, Amy and Joshua Greene.

She made a picture session with Gene Lester.

 
She would have had the intention to stay there for the whole term of the shooting of "Bus Stop", but would have left it after 2 months, to live in a 2-rooms apartment on Sunset Boulevard.

The noise made by the Greenes during the parties would have prevented her from sleeping.
