Story

He won 4 Academy Awards : "The Black Swan", "Wilson" (1944), "Leave Her to Heaven" (1946), "Cleopatra" (1963), and was nominated 17 times.

 
On July 19th 1946 for her first screen-test, Marilyn was shot in Technicolor by Shamroy. He was there to be a help to Ben Lyon. His laudatory critic greatly contributed to convince the Fox to give to Marilyn her first contract.

 

They worked together 8 years later, for the movie version of " There's No Business Like Show Business" (1954).
