Story
He was introduced to Marilyn in 1955 through his colleague Frank Delaney, to work with Milton Greene to the
setting up of the Marilyn Monroe Productions (,
).
He personally took care of the renegotiation of the contract with the Fox and made relocate Marilyn's residence in Connecticut, to avoid any pursuit from the studio.
In February 1956 he dealt with other lawyers the redaction of her will (,
), and they split up when Marilyn broke her partnership with Greene up, in
1957.
February 9,1956, he attended the press confernece for the presentation of the future production of "The
Prince and the Showgirl" at the New York Plaza Hotel ,
February 28, 1956, he accompanied Marilyn to the court : she had a 5$ fine to pay for having driven without
a license 2 years earlier ,
