Ksenya Karlovna Ziller

Date of birth : 1897, Russia.

Date of death : December 22nd 1970, Los Angeles.

 

Wife of Michael Tchekhov.

 

Marilyn kept relationship with the widow of her teacher and often subsidized her.

Shortly after Michael Tchekhov's death, Marilyn wrote a will in which she left 10 000$ to Xenia.

Later, she changed this sum in an investment fund which was supposed to guarantee Xenia a minimum of 
2 500$ a year, but legal complications prevented her from receiving the less penny until her death.
