In 1957, in summer, he met Marilyn at the Plaza
Hotel; she asked him to think about the plans of her new house with Arthur
Miller, in Roxbury :
She gave him a detailed description of what she wanted : a private screening room, children rooms, a big workspace in which Miller could work, a big dressing-room and a pool.
According to the testimonies, the cost of this dream house was so exorbitant that Miller and Marilyn decided to make the renovation of the existant property.
