In 1883 the Daughters of Charity had built the first building, located in Beaudry Park 

(). 

It was rebuilt in 1915, on Sunset and Beaudry (,,

,;), before being transferred a the current address in 1971.

From April 5 to 9, 1956 Marilyn left the shooting of "Bus Stop" and was treated in this hospital for a bronchitis.
