Dr Greenson recommended Dr Engelberg to Marilyn in 1960, shortly after their first meeting. The same year, Dr Engelberg supervised Marilyn's hospitalization on the set of "The Misfits".
He treated her for the viral infection which prevented her from keeping her promises on the set of "Something's Got to Give » in 1962.
