HASPIEL James Robert (Jim)
As did the "Marilyn Six", he always hung around near the hotels, in New York City, where Marilyn went in the 50's.
He met her in September 1954 during the production of "The Seven Year Itch" 
In 1955 when she lived in New York, they made strong friendship; soon, she granted him her confidence. She let him come to her home, accepted his company when she went through New York City by taxi. He helped her to do her shopping at Whellan's, one of her favorite drugstore, on Lexington Avenue and 93rd Street corner.

His memories has inspired him many articles and 2 Memories books. He was also consultant for documentaries about Marilyn.
As for her death, he was convinced that it was the result of a conspiracy touching the highest governmental spheres. His opinion rested upon the existence of magnetic tapes which would have been recorded by Bernard Spindel, a wiretap specialist.
