Daughter of Paula and Lee Strasberg, sister of John.

Profession actress and drama teacher.

 

Story

She was aged 17 when Marilyn became a regular of the family.
 

Actress, she was a success very early, starting in "Picnic" (1955) (,,

) and had many praises for her early stages in Broadway, where she played Anne Frank, in "The Diary of Anne Frank" (1955).

Marilyn attended the premiere which took place at the Cort Theater in New York, on October 5, 1955

December 12, 1955, she attended the premiere of "The Rose Tattoo" ,

 

February 6, 1956, with Laurence Olivier and Marilyn, after a representation of "The Diary of Anne Frank"

December 18, 1956, she attended the premiere of "Baby Doll" at the Waldorf-Astoria ,

She wrote that Marilyn had become like a sister for her, another child of the Strasberg family.

As to testify about both their intimacy and her generosity, Marilyn offered her an original drawing of Chagall for one of her birthday.

Like her father and brother, she was drama teacher. She received a British Academy Award for "Picnic" in 1957, and worked a lot for cinema and television. She also appeared in many documentaries about Marilyn.
