1951 or 1952 : Marilyn lived with Natasha Lytess, on Crescent Drive; she was sued for non-payment of phones bills, but never summoned.

June 26, 1952 : summoned in front of Judge Kenneth Holaday in a lawsuit against Jerry Karpman and Morris

Gilbert Kaplan () accused of selling nude pictures by mail order.

1952 : a collision by car with another car. The owner claimed an important compensation. The case was sorted out of the court.

May 21, 1954 : she was judged for rash driving; with her convertible Cadillac she had hit Bart Antinora's car, at Sunset Boulevard and Beverly Drive corner.

He claimed 5000$ to Marilyn and her occupant Joe DiMaggio. The fine was reduced to 500$.

February 8, 1956
: she was sentenced for having driven without a driving license 2 years earlier. She had been arrested on November 21st 1954, on Wilshire Boulevard. She came along with her lawyer Irving Stein.

Judge J.Griffin had issued 2 warrants against her before she appeared before the court; he sentenced her to a 55$ fine.
